PLAYGROUND

I have been looking for this forever!  This is real good if you're into that heavy, witchy, punk-noise magic.  Perfect at high volume.
From Discogs:
PLAYGROUND was a cult Post-Punk band formed in 1986 in Herne Bay, Kent (UK).  The band comprised initially of Richo Johnson, Andy Pearson, Paul Wright and Paul Dudeney. With this initial line-up they released several demo and live tapes, as well as two 7”s (“Seeking The Truth” and “Conception Pay Off”) and a mini-LP (“Sleeping Dogs”).

Drawing from industrial music and both post-punk (such as Wire, The Fall, The Cure, ATV - whose 'Splitting In Two' they covered initially) and sprawling into the then extremely vibrant scene centred around NYC and Blast First Records, Playground's sound developed strongly before their first 7" release (released on Richo's Fourth Dimension imprint and originally pressed in an edition of 500 with handmade covers and stickered label, although Vinyl Solution handled a repress in proper sleeves...) in 1988.

Decoy drafted in Chicago's famous post-hardcore/noise-rock producer, Iain Burgess, to work on the next release, a mini-LP called 'Sleeping Dogs', recorded over a period of several days at a studio in Wales. This came out before a final 7" appeared in 1989, 'Conception Payoff', which itself signalled the end of this period of Playground and the beginning of Richo's next group, Splintered.

Andy P. carried on with the PLAYGROUND name and formed a new version of the band (often referred to as Playground Mk I with with former EPIDEMIC bassist Patrick Murphy) , releasing a CD album (“Resilience”). .... Andy P. ended PLAYGROUND sometime around 1992. .... Pat Murphy went on to form Goth Metal/Punk band JESUS FIX. .... Over the years some of the members of PLAYGROUND were actively involved in various promotional ventures, including the legendary Alternative fanzines Grim Humour and Adverse Effect, plus the Fourth Dimension record label.

The early versions of the group also appeared on various cassettes and compilations, mostly on Fourth Dimension, plus also released an extremely limited tape under a pseudonym (likewise on FD), which caught them in full-on noise mode.
